Pride of the Ilocano culture

Ilocos Sur is a beautiful province located in the northern part of Luzon. It is a province rich in culture that represents the ancient Spanish and Filipino heritage. To show and share their treasures to the whole world, the locals conceived a festival that highlights these cultural traditions and they called it the “Kannadiwan Festival. Goodbye

School is only for the open minded and strong, the weak cannot survive. You may have learned about math, science, social studies, and language arts but only a handful of students actually learn lifelong lessons to be in a productive society. Change however does not occur in isolation. One person’s transformation is sustained by another’s. We are fully interdependent and we need each other. It is I who must begin.  Once I begin, once I try  here and now,  right where I am,  not excusing myself  by saying things  would be easier elsewhere,  without grand speeches and  ostentatious gestures,  but all the more persistently  to live in harmony with the “voice of Being,” as I  understand it within myself   as soon as I begin that,  I suddenly discover,  to my surprise, that  I am neither the only one,  nor the first,  nor the most importan...
